ABOUT SARAH

Originally from a small town north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Sarah is a professional singer, actor, dancer, musician, songwriter and teaching artist. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, earning her BFA in Musical Theater, she moved to New York City where she has worked professionally in musicals, theater, and commercials for the last 8 years. She has performed internationally, but her favorite credits include Roundabout Theater Company’s Tony- Award Winning Production of Cabaret, The Sound of Music (Maria), The Producers (Ulla), The Other Josh Cohen and various workshops and for upcoming Broadway shows, including Griswold’s Broadway Vacation.

She has taught for a decade, and began her teaching journey when she became Pennsylvania’s Junior Miss in 2011. Her non-profit platform, “Be Your Best Self- Exposure to the Performing Arts” educated adults and children alike on the importance of art education in school. Her project gained national attention when she was awarded the “Public Service Award” at America’s Junior Miss. She has worked through Roundabout Theater Company’s Teaching Artist Program, where she was able to educate kids across the country on the process of putting up full theater productions. Sarah was nationally recognized in competitive choir and participated in every PMEA festival that was available to her. Sarah has also served as the Artistic Director of the StrandTastics, a youth show choir, at the Strand Theater in Pennsylvania. Since 2020, Sarah has served as Associate Voice Teacher in the world renowned vocal studio EKMstudios. Sarah now loves connecting with her private students all over the world!
